3. How to Order
Placing an order: To order Vivo Balance, fill in the order form with your name and phone number. No payment information is required at this stage.
Order confirmation: After you submit your order, our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order details, delivery address, and any questions you may have. The order contract is formed when we confirm your order during this phone call.
Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we believe they breach these terms or are invalid.
4. Pricing & Payment
Current price: Vivo Balance Fusion Formula is priced at £32.99 (50% off the normal price of £65.99).
Payment method: We offer payment on delivery only. You can pay the courier in cash or by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard). No prepayment or online payment is required.
Price changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see when placing your order is the price you will pay at delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas: We deliver free to all addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Delivery timeframe: Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day and arrive within 1-2 business days. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Delivery failure: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to find the address, we will attempt redelivery. If the package cannot be delivered after two attempts, you may arrange to collect it or request a return.
Refusal of delivery: You can refuse delivery before your package arrives. If you refuse delivery, your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charge.
6. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing any reason. To cancel, contact us by phone or email. Once cancelled, you can return the unopened product for a refund (see section 7).
7. Returns & Refunds
Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your product.
Condition for returns: For food supplements, the product must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for refund due to food safety regulations, but you can contact us to discuss your concerns.
Return process: To return a product, contact us by phone or email. We will provide you with a returns address. Send the product back in original condition and packaging.
Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are paid to your original payment method or as agreed.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective. We may provide a prepaid return label in certain cases.
