Under UK and EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. This right applies to all purchases from Elegantnature. You can cancel without providing any reason and without penalty.
2. How to Return

Step 3: Return the product
We will provide you with a returns address. Ship your product back to us in original, unopened packaging.
3. Conditions for Returns
Product must be unopened and unused: For food supplements, the product must be in original, sealed packaging and unused. This is required for health and safety reasons and to comply with food regulations.
Opened products: Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. However, if you have concerns about the product's quality or safety, please contact us and we will discuss your options.
Original packaging: The product must be in original packaging with labels intact.
Return period: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products received after this period cannot be accepted for return.
4. Refund Processing
Inspection: When we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions (unopened, in original packaging).
Approval: If your return meets our conditions, we will approve it and process your refund.
Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as agreed.
Refund amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of £32.99.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping: Return postage is at your cost, unless the product is defective or was damaged during delivery.
Prepaid return labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. We will inform you of this when you contact us about returning an item.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective:
- Contact us immediately by phone or email with photos of the damage
- We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
- Return postage will be covered by us
- We may request the damaged product be returned for inspection
7. Cancellation Before Delivery
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been confirmed by our team during the telephone call, please contact us immediately to cancel. After dispatch, you can refuse delivery when the package arrives, or initiate a return after receipt.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Products opened or partially used (food safety regulations)
- Products with damaged packaging due to customer mishandling
- Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to customer neglect or improper storage
9. Complaints & Defects
If you have a complaint about the quality or safety of our product, please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
